lm2a's team is integrated by professionals with a wide experience in the software industry. We are a staff composed mainly of university graduated, some of us with PhD and Masters studies. And beside to do business and gain customers we consider us as a company compromised to its time and its environment (see compromise in main menu). Thus, in spare moments we trying to create projects of common interest and actively participate in the developers community with open source projects or publishing technical articles in some of the leading technology sites such as Javaworld and Javahispano.

Location

Our main location is currently in Pinar de Chamartin, Madrid. Although in the short term we will move to the town of Tres Cantos (Madrid community as well). Notwithstanding this, we function as a distributed enterprise, where development is geographically divided between Madrid and Rosario, Argentina. The latter is a city known internationally for its academic excellence. This feature gives to us the advantage of access to developers with a high level of training at competitive prices. Organizationally, in general, high-level decisions (technologies, resources, architecture) are taken in Madrid and development force is divided between Madrid and Rosario, with a preponderance of the latter.
